Focuses on ensuring that key general management skills and specific spa management skills are provided in a range of courses, including:

• Health & Safety Management (4 days) 
• Technical Management (5 days)
• Finance & IT (4 days)
• Marketing Management & Customer Service (3 days)
• HR Management (4 days)
• Business Planning & Leadership (3 days)

A total of 23 qualification days are required until the end of 2009 to complete the overall Diploma. This is aimed at managers, supervisors and aspiring managers, i.e. those who have a good operational development, but want to diversify.

Note: 

Modules can be taken individually to suit the needs of individual Spa facilities or all 6 modules can be taken by one or more candidates leading to an overall qualification in Spa & Wellness Management.
